The "Pei" design style of the new embassy is evident. While using a large number of Western and modern building materials such as limestone, glass and steel, it also draws on the design concepts of the Suzhou gardens in its hometown, reflecting a unique combination of traditional and modern architectural styles.

The exterior of the new office building is made of light-colored, fine-textured French limestone, which is in harmony with the many limestone federal buildings in the Washington area. Limestone's weak water absorption effectively regulates indoor humidity, while its naturally high thermal storage properties absorb intense external heat and then slowly release it, contributing to a warm winter and cool summer environment. With its uniform texture and mild, understated color, Limestone is highly textured, while combining the hardness of granite, often used in building facades, making it an irreplaceable classic.

French limestone has a long and wide application history, the main categories are Paris Limestone, French Brown Limestone, Louvre Beige Limestone, Provence Limestone, etc.

However, limestone is not only loved by overseas designers, but also has set off a "limestone wave" in China, capturing the favor of a number of domestic designers. The use of limestone to create a rich romantic style is not only a mood, but also a fashion.

Limestone is said to be the most storytelling marble, containing a large number of fossilized underwater creatures from billions of years ago. Each piece of lyme stone tile has a long-lasting story of life on it. After the vicissitudes of time, they are eternally fixed in the moment when time stops. We split the rock layer of time and let it reappear under the sun, bringing it to your home, wishing to bring you the natural atmosphere in this artificial world of steel and concrete. We firmly believe that the art that comes from life will last forever and that the magic of nature can forge the most realistic artistic vision.
