Wet installation

Floor stone installation

Construction preparation-determine the primary and secondary positions-find a good installation benchmark-spread dry hard cement mortar (knead into a ball and a little water seeps out)-pure cement mortar to scrape the back of the stone-installation-caulking ( The dark-colored material is made of black cement, and the light-colored material is made of white cement. Do not caulk with marble glue to prevent board surface pollution)-care (after the stone is installed, mirror protection can be adopted)

Notice:

1. When installing the floor stone, pay attention to the glue net on the back of the stone; if the glue net is torn off, the stone is easy to be damaged during construction and the cement slurry water seeps out of the stone tendons on the surface, which appears to be broken at first; if the glue net is not torn off , Two days after the construction, the metal hits the stone, making a sound similar to a hollow drum. Solution: If the glue net and the back of the stone are tightly cemented, it is recommended not to remove the glue net for construction; if the glue net and the stone are loosely connected, it is recommended to remove the glue net for construction. If the slurry seeps from the surface of the stone, scrape it off gently with a wallpaper blade after two days.

2.Beige and white stone construction: black cement is used for the mortar mixture, and white cement is used for the back of the stone. Black cement is used for dark colored stones.

Notice:

1. The thickness of the wet layer is generally 20-30mm. (It depends on the flatness of the wall, and the thickness of the wet layer is generally 20mm for a flat wall).

2. Install stone on the indoor wall and try to avoid grouting (except for dark stone). Because of this construction, the surface of the stone will have different colors due to different water absorption rates, and the surface of white materials will have rust spots and efflorescence.
