1. Q:  Where is your factory?

A: Our factory is located in Shuitou Town, Nanan, Quanzhou City. 

2. Q: Do you have dealers in my area?

A: We did not focus on making our brand products in the world.  There may be an importer in your country who already carries the same product as you have seen on our website with their name brand name. Please feel free to let us know your location and we can check for you.

3. Q: For samples or small orders: Express Courier --- Door to Door? 

 A: The choice of courier varies according to different countries, but most countries currently have a choice of some or all of DHL, UPS, and FedEx. China EMS is also available for certain countries.

 Delivery time is usually around 3- 5 days by DHL, UPS, FedEx. 

4. Q: For very large orders: by sea? How to pick up goods when arriving in destination port? 

A: Sea freight takes a little longer time, usually15 to 30 days to your Customs. If you have large orders, for example, more than 72 sqm, it is better to do sea freight.

Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm the details of a shipment. In many cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance. 

5. Q: Can you send me samples? Are they free?

A: Yes. They are free of charge unless you need big quantity samples for distributing to your dealers or customers.  However, we don't provide free courier charges.  The international shipping cost will be borne at your side.
