A: We have professional quality control team who has more than ten years in inspecting slabs for customers who can not be here.

The following are the steps of our quality inspection:

1. Check the length, width, and thickness of each granite slab and make sure the specification within the acceptable tolerance;

2. Check for texture, color, spots, color lines and grainy/uniform crystal structure;

3. Check for visible defects like scratches, broken edges, cracks;

4. Take pictures and send all above information for customer reference;

5. Package slabs after receiving approval from customers.

3. Q: What if the tiles are broken during transition?

A: All our products are insurance, our after-sales will sort out the reasons and will sure you'll be properly compensated.

4. Q: What’s your payment?

A: 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance before shipment.

5. Q: How about the sample? 

A: The sample is free, the courier cost should be paid at your side. Once you play order with us, the courier cost will be deducted from the purchase order.
